Expected release date on 2/24/15!

 

Warrior

  • Defensive Stance IV - Aggro buffed from 75% to 85%.
  • Defensive Stance III - Aggro buffed from 65% to 70%.
  • Scythe - Removed the first two hits and combines damage all into the last hit.
  • Scythe - This skill can be activated faster if you first use: Evasive Roll, Rain of Blows, Blade Draw
  • Scythe - This skill will now knockdown in PvE.
  • Rising Fury - Noctenium only consumes the 1st part of the skill.
  • Combative Strike - Does not consume Noctenium anymore.
  • Combative Strike - Increase base damage by 10%.
  • Torrent of Blows - Using Noctenium on this skill will improve aggro generation by 40%.
  • Battle Cry & Torrent of Blows - Improved aggro.
  • Battle Cry - Reduced cooldown from 30 to 24 seconds.

Lancer

  • Rallying Cry - Reduces duration of immunity to knockdown and immobilization from 8 to 7 seconds.
  • Shield Counter - Provides 20% additional aggro.
  • Shield Barrage - Noctenium only consumes the 1st hit of the skill.
  • Debilitate - Does not consume Noctenium anymore.
  • Challenging Shout - Using Noctenium on this skill will improve aggro generation by 40%.
  • Combo Attack & Shield Barrage & Spring Attack - Improved aggro.

Slayer

  • PvP Attack and Endurance has been slightly lowered.
  • In Cold Blood I - Includes 6% attack speed buff in the description of this skill.
  • In Cold Blood I & II - Attacks against other players that deals extra damage will be removed.

Berserker

  • Leaping Strike - You can use Axe Block to cancel towards the end of the animation of this skill.
  • Thunder Strike - Only overcharging will consume Noctenium.

Sorcerer

  • Lightning Trap - Glyph of Powerlink to increase skill damage for Fireblast by 20% has been removed.
  • Fireblast - Increase base damage by 25%
  • Ice Needle - Increase base damage by 20%
  • Mana Siphon - Increase MP regeneration by 60% (full charge gave +833 boosted to +1333 MP)
  • Nova - You may cancel the action of this skill with Backstep.
  • Ice Needle - Added Noctenium usage to this skill to deal additional 3~8% damage.

Archer

  • Penetrating Arrow - XII has been added to learn at level 65. Base DMG: 4109.
  • Radiant Arrow - Increase base damage by 10%.
  • Penetrating & Radiant Arrow - Decrease HP consumption by half.
  • Rapid Fire - Increase base damage and MP regeneration by 50%. 300% increase.
  • PvP Attack has been slightly lowered
  • Eagle's Eye & Sniper's eye - The description where increased PvP skill damage by 4.3% has been removed.
  • Backstep - Cooldown has been reduced from 7 to 6 seconds.
  • Breakaway Bolt - Cooldown has been reduced from 20 to 10 seconds.
  • Penetrating Arrow - Only overcharging will consume Noctenium.
  • Breakaway Bolt - Added Noctenium usage to this skill to deal additional 3~8% damage.
  • Velik's Mark - Resist failing to proc on monsters has been reduced.
  • Radiant Arrow - Glyph of the Pump master glyph where it states "35% chance to increase skill damage by 100% when attacking normal monsters." will be changed to "Triples Crit Rate".
  • Sniper's Eye I - Effects changed to increase power by 30, attack speed by 4%, movement speed by 8, and boss damage by 5%.
  • Sniper's Eye II - Effects changed to increase power by 30, attack speed by 8%, movement speed by 16, and boss damage by 5%.
  • Eagle's Eye I - Effects changed to increase power by 30, attack speed by 4%, endurance by 4, and normal monster damage by 10%.
  • Eagle's Eye II - Effects changed to increase power by 30, attack speed by 8%, endurance by 8, and normal monster damage by 10%.

Priest

  • Triple Nemesis - Endurance debuff duration has increased from 7 to 12 seconds.
  • Healing Immersion - Added Noctenium usage to this skill to increase healing amount by 5%.

Mystic

  • Volley of Curses - Endurance debuff duration has increased from 12 to 16 seconds.
  • Volley of Curses - Using this skill does not automatically start combat status.
  • Arun's Vitae - Glyph of Restoration glyph has improved from 15% to 20% recovery on the caster.
  • Titanic Wrath - Reduced MP cost by 50%.
  • Titanic Wrath - Only Titanic Wrath III can overwrite a Priest's Blessing of Shakan II power buff only when in a party/raid.
  • Arun’s Cleansing Touch - Increases the number of lock-on targets from 2 to 3.
  • Arun's Cleansing Touch - Upon cleansing your targets successfully, the caster will be cleansed as well.
  • Thrall of Life - Resistances to knockdown and stun has improved dramatically.
  • Thrall of Life - Max HP has been increased by x2, and movement speed increased from 224 to 240.
  • Contagion - Added Noctenium usage to this skill to increase the debuff duration by 20%.

Reaper

  • Grim Strike - Increase base damage by 10%.
  • Sundering Strike - Increase base damage on the 2nd hit by 10%.
  • Whipsaw - Increase base damage by 60%.
  • Whipsaw - Reduce the glyph cost for Glyph of Energy from 4 to 3.
  • Pendulum Strike - Reduce the glyph cost for Glyph of Energy from 4 to 2.
  • Pendulum Strike - Added Noctenium usage to this skill to deal additional 3~8% damage.

I don't know why you seperate those two patches. The update jTera recieved this week included BRHM, EKNM, EKHM and both balancing patches. jTera is right now at the patch level right before the release of the phantom tower.

There was a Warrior PoV that didn't display the 2nd class changes properly so I took it upon that it wasn't implemented yet. Rising Fury consumed twice instead of one time, but when I checked again, the number decrease was just lagging behind so it really looked like it was consumed twice cause it was chained to Blade Draw.

 

And nah, there are still some adjustments JTERA hasn't gotten yet so it's not right  before the Phantom Tower update just yet.

 

In case people are confused about clicking the Source link, you cannot access it unless you have Japanese IP address. Should include that little note just in case.

What do you think is missing? They even got Ghili back and have the archivement patch! That IS the patch release right before phantom tower.

The sadness in looking at the nerfed slayer :( one question what other skills for the zerker consumed noctenium?

Slayers were far too powerful in PvP (alongside the one-shotting mystics) so the PvP-specific nerfs were necessary.  Be glad they actually do PvP-specific nerfs instead of hard-nerfing the entire class for PvP and affecting PvE as well.
